However, we offer a 14-day unconditional refund policy to help you select a more suitable plan.
- If You’re Within the 14-Day Trial Period
- We can help you cancel your current plan and issue a refund. Once the refund is processed, you may purchase a new plan that better fits your needs.
- If You’re Outside the 14-Day Period, You Have These Options:

Create a new account and purchase a preferred plan. This can help separate usage purposes, such as: One account for storing daily files. Another for automatic backups.
- Wait until your current plan has fewer than 183 days remaining, then you can purchase a new one. We recommend reviewing renewal guidelines beforehand.

If you subscribed via Apple App Store or Google Play, the plan will renew automatically (monthly or yearly). To change plans, please cancel your current subscription via Apple or Google Play.
Once the subscription expires, your account will automatically revert to the free plan, and you can then purchase a new paid plan.- Delay in Activation via Apple Store: If you encounter delays in plan activation after making changes through the Apple Store, please fill out a [Report Form] and attach your purchase receipt or order confirmation. Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.
