If your ASUS Cloud account has an active paid plan, you can purchase a new plan when there are fewer than 183 days remaining on your current subscription.
(Note: This does not apply to subscriptions made through Apple Store or Google Play.)
- No. Storage space is not cumulative.
Upgrading will replace your plan with the New plan, but your remaining time will be added to the new expiration date. -
What happens when you upgrade?
-
Update your WebStorage space to the new plan
Your account’s storage space will be updated immediately after a successful purchase, based on the new plan you selected — whether you're upgrading or downgrading.-
For example, if you upgrade from 500GB to 1TB, your available storage becomes 1TB immediately.
- If you renew from 1TB to 500GB, your storage will be reduced to 500GB once the new plan is active. Please make sure your current storage usage does not exceed the storage of your new plan before downgrading. If your used storage space is exceeding the available storage space, you will not be able to add or share new files.

-
Extend your subscription by adding the unused time from your current plan
Your original remaining days will be added to the new plan, so you don’t lose any time. - Example:
-

✔️ Your 1-month remaining time is added to your new 1-year plan, giving you a total of 13 months.
