ASUS WebStorage has a 14-day evaluation period as stated in the Terms of Use, during which you can request a full refund for your first subscription. Just keep in mind, once the 14-day evaluation period has passed, we won't be able to process any refunds.

To initiate the refund process, fill out the Problem Report Form to contact ASUS WebStorage Support Team.

Transaction information (can be found in the invoice)
