According to the Terms of Service, ASUS WebStorage provides a 14-day unconditional refund period.
The refund period starts from the day after the transaction is completed and lasts for 14 days.
The 14-day refund period includes the 1-month free trial period for purchases made through the mobile application.
Refunds cannot be requested after the 14-day refund period has expired.
If you purchased through the Plan Page / Promotional Email
Please submit a support request form to contact the ASUS WebStorage Support Team.
After receiving our reply, please provide the following information:
ASUS Cloud ID
Payment date: Year / Month / Day
Purchased product
Transaction details of the item you wish to refund (the Transaction ID can usually be found on the payment receipt)

If you purchased through the ASUS WebStorage iOS app
If you purchased an ASUS WebStorage subscription through the iOS app, all payments and refunds are managed by Apple, as the subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store.
To request a refund, please contact Apple Support or submit a request through your App Store purchase history.
Refund eligibility, approval results, and processing times are subject to Apple’s refund policy. ASUS WebStorage is unable to approve or expedite refunds.
If you purchased through the ASUS WebStorage Android app
If you purchased an ASUS WebStorage subscription through the Android app using Google Play, all payments and refunds are managed by Google Play.
To request a refund, please go to your Google Play order history, select the transaction you would like to refund, and follow the instructions to submit your request.
Refund eligibility, approval results, and processing times are subject to Google Play’s refund policy. ASUS WebStorage is unable to approve or expedite refunds.
