How to unsubscribe from a monthly or yearly plan?

Visit Customer Center and click Plan Management, you can view the current plan details and manage your subscription status.

  1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.
  2. Once logged in, click the user avatar in the upper-right corner of the screen to open the menu.
  3. Visit Customer Center and click [Plan Management] to view the Subscription status、 Expiration date、 Next payment date.

4. Cancel the subscription by clicking the [Unsubscribe].

5. Subscribe to the new monthly or yearly plan by visiting Plans page.

🔔 Please note:

  • The "Unsubscribe" option is only available for customers who purchased a subscription-based plan after July 2024.
  • The subscription status will only update after the expiration date and does not affect the current billing cycle.
  • Even after cancelling, you will continue to have access to all features of your current plan until the expiration date.
  • If you subscribed via the ASUS WebStorage mobile app, please cancel directly via the Google Play Store or App Store, or fill out the Report Form to contact support.
  • If you are using a one-time purchase plan (renewed manually each year), please fill out the Report Form to request cancellation or a refund.
