To create a personal AI chatbot using existing Webstorage folders to build an AI second brain.
Notice:
- Only folders can be selected and set as "My xBrain Knowledge base sharing". Currently support up to 3 folders.
- Folders will be set to public, so anyone with the link can explore and utilize your shared knowledge without logging in.
- All the conversation counts/points of chatbot will deduct from owner's plan.
- Conversation history of xBrain knowledge base will not be record.
Establishing "My xBrain knowledge Base Sharing":

- Go to the web version and log in.
- Choose one of the folders stored on the left in [My Sync Folder]or [Backup] > [Cloud Files].
- Click on [View more]> [Share] > [Sharing Setting]> [Link Setting] >[My xBrain Knowledge Base Sharing].
- This will allow you to share the knowledge base via a sharing link or QR code.
- Please read the "Tips" before sharing your knowledge base.
How to view folders of My xBrain knowledge Base and delete shared folders:
- Go to the web version and log in.
- Select [Share]> [xBrain Knowledge Base] > choose the folder you want to delete > [View More]> [Delete].
How to view my xBrain points and usage history:
- xBrain points: After logging in, click on the user profile icon in the top right corner to open the menu > [Account Settings] > [xBrain Points] > [Conversation].
- The xBrain count resets daily.
- xBrain usage records: After logging in, click on the user profile icon in the top right corner to open the menu > [xBrain Usage history].
- Usage records cannot display content or user information.
Exploring xBrain: Personal Use and Sharing
xBrain Personal Use :

- Requires logging into the web version to use the personal xBrain.
- Using xBrain tab in the top right corner.
- Available for paid users with xBrain functionality.
- Allows for files indexing. Please refer to the file types supported by xBrain services.
- Allows to view history record. Please refer to How to View xBrain Dialogue History Records.
xBrain as an sharing Knowledge Base:

- Allows for the creation of personalized knowledge bases for interactive responses as needed.
- Enables sharing and the creation of personalized AI dialogue interfaces.
- Users can use it without logging in, making it as easy to have a conversation as sharing files.
- Allows for sharing personalized AI knowledge bases with different folder contents. Folders being shared will also be displayed on the interface ; for example, if the shared folder is named as "My AI Support", the response will be based on the content of files within the "My AI Support" folder.
