When your ASUS WebStorage plan expires, several changes will occur to your account.
Download-only access
After expiration, your account will switch to download-only mode. You can still download your existing files stored in the cloud, but uploading new files will not be available.
30-day grace period
If you do not renew your subscription or reduce your storage usage to fit within the free storage limit, your account will enter a 30-day grace period.
During this period, you can:
- Purchase or renew an ASUS WebStorage plan to extend your account validity.
- Delete files to reduce your storage usage so it fits within the free storage limit.
Data deletion after 30 days
If no action is taken during the grace period, according to the “Terms of use,” if the used storage space exceeds the available space for more than 30 days, the system will automatically delete all files stored in the cloud space.
