As an admin of an ASUS WebStorage business account, you have the ability to organize and manage your company's files and data by creating project folders. These folders can be easily created from the Management ProjectSpace page.
By following a simple set of steps, you can ensure that your files are properly organized and easily accessible to the members of your team. This feature is a great way to streamline your team's workflow and increase productivity.
Note:
Only administrators have the ability to create and delete project folders.
Users with access to the business plan have the ability to perform operations such as editing, browsing, adding, and deleting files within the project folders, but this is subject to their individual permissions.

- Log in to the ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Access the Dashboard by clicking on the avatar in the upper-right corner of the page.

Go to the Management ProjectSpace page by clicking [File and Sharing] > [Management ProjectSpace] from the left side menu.
- Create a new project folder by clicking [+Add ProjectSpace].

Continue setting up the project folder. These settings can be adjusted as needed to meet the specific requirements of your project.
- ProjectSpace name: Give a name to the project folder.
- Collaboration quota: Allocate a specific space limit for this project folder.
- Expiration date: Set an expiration date for this project folder.
- Single file upload limit: Set a maximum file size limit for individual files that can be uploaded to this project folder.
- After completing the setup process and clicking [Confirm], the newly created project folder will be listed on the Management ProjectSpace page and can be accessed by users with the appropriate permissions.

There are two methods to invite members to project folders:
Method 1:Invite members from the Management ProjectSpace page.
- Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Access the Dashboard by clicking on the avatar in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Go to the Management ProjectSpace page by clicking [File and Sharing] > [Management ProjectSpace] from the left side menu.
- Access the project folder you want to invite members to by clicking the [...] icon next to it.
- Click [Management members].
- Enter the names of the members you would like to invite in the Add member field, either by typing them one by one or selecting from the drop-down list.
- Add the members by clicking the [+] button.
- After inviting members to a project folder, you can view and manage them in the Member list. You can assign permissions to each member by choosing from the following options:
- [View and download]: Members with this permission can only view and download the contents of the project folder.
- [Editing allowed]: Members with this permission can upload, browse, edit, and delete content in the project folder.
- [Manageble members]: Members with this permission have all the abilities of [Editing allowed] and can also add, change, or delete members in the project folder.
- Finally, click the [Save Editing] button to save the changes made to the member list and their assigned permissions.
Method 2: Invite members from a created project folder.
- Log into ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Go to ProjectSpace in the left-side menu.
- Right-click the folder you want to invite members to.
- Select [Share].
- In the Member list section, click the [+] button
- Select the members you want to invite by ticking the checkbox, then click [OK].

Only members that have been added to your business account will be displayed in the selection list.
- Click the pencil icon next to the member's name and set permissions:
- [Editing allowed]: With this permission, members can upload, browse, edit, and delete content in this project folder.
- [Manageble members]: Members will have all the permissions of [Editing allowed], and they can also add, change, or delete members in this project folder.
- [View and download]: With this permission, members can view and download the contents in this project folder.
- Click [OK] to confirm and save the changes made to the member's permissions.

- Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Access the Dashboard by clicking on the avatar in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Go to the Management ProjectSpace page by clicking [File and Sharing] > [Management ProjectSpace] from the left side menu.
- Access the project folder by clicking the [...] icon next to it.
- Choose [Edit Project Folder] to set a new expiration date or space quota for the folder.
Note:
If the project folder reaches its expiration date, its status will change to "Be expired" and it will no longer be visible in ProjectSpace. To renew the project folder, simply follow the above steps to set a new expiration date.

- Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Go to the Dashboard by clicking the avatar on the upper-right corner of the page.
- Navigate to the Management ProjectSpace page by clicking [File and Sharing] > [Management ProjectSpace] from the left-side menu.
- Find the project folder you want to delete, and click the [...] icon next to it.
- Select [Delete ProjectSpace] to remove the project folder.
