Resetting passwords for business account members

As an administrator of a business account, you have the ability to require members to reset their passwords through the "Periodic Replacement" or "Reset Password Immediately" features. This allows you to easily and quickly enforce password changes, helping to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.

Reset passwords for all members

1. Log in to the ASUS WebStorage for Web.
2. Click on the avatar in the upper-right corner of the page and select [Dashboard].
3. Click on [Settings] from the left menu, and you will see two password reset features available：
   1. Periodic Replacement: Set all passwords to expire after a specific number of days, the default is 90 for all members and administrators. After expiration, a password reset is required for access.
   2. Reset Password Immediately: Clicking the Reset Password button immediately logs out all members and administrators, requiring a password reset before logging back in.

Reset passwords for an individual member

1. Log in to the ASUS WebStorage for Web.
2. Click on the avatar in the upper-right corner of the page and select [Dashboard].
3. Access User Management from the left menu or click on ”Number of Users
4. Open the menu by clicking [...] next to the member
5. Click [Reset password].
6. Confirm the password reset in the pop-up window and the selected member will be prompted to reset their password before accessing the account again
