When you use the backup function of ASUS WebStorage Sync to back up files from your device to ASUS WebStorage, you can find these files in the ASUS WebStorage for Web under Backup > Personal device.
If you want to delete files in the "Personal device", follow the steps outlined below. You can either delete a specific file or delete all the backup files.

To delete a file from the [Personal device], you must first delete it from your device, and then access ASUS WebStorage for Web > Backup > Personal device to remove the backed-up file.
- Open the backup folder on your device where the file is located.
- Right-click on the file you want to delete from [Personal device] and select "delete."
- Once the file has been deleted from your device, go to ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Click on "Backup" and select "Personal device."
- Once you confirm that the file has been deleted from your device, you will see the text "Local file deleted" displayed under the file.
- Right-click on the file to open the menu.
- Click [Delete permanently].
- After clicking [OK], the file will be permanently deleted from [Personal device].

To delete all the files backed up in "Personal device", you will need to first remove your backup device from the ASUS WebStorage Sync, which will result in the deletion of all the files stored in the backup.
- Right-click icon in the Windows taskbar to open the menu.
- Click Settings.
- Select [Info] from the left menu and then click the [Settings] button in the Backup Info section.
- Find and click on the name of your backup device.
- Click the [Remove] button.
- Once you confirm to remove the device, all the files you backed up from this device will be deleted from [Personal device].
