Download files from ASUS WebStorage to mobile devices

Whether you are using an iOS or Android device, you can easily access your files stored in ASUS WebStorage and save them locally on your device.

Note：

It's important to note that, as of now, ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS) does not support downloading entire folders.

  • Download a single file

    1. Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS).

    2. Tap the [···] icon on the right side of the desired file to open the menu.

    3. Select [Download].

    4. Choose [Save to files], then select a storage location, and tap [Save]._______iOS.png

     

    Download multiple files at once

    The "packing download" function in ASUS WebStorage Mobile App allows you to download multiple files at once and have them compressed into a single zip file. This feature is only available for downloading individual files and not for downloading entire folders.

    1. Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS).

    2. To select files, tap the [☑] icon in the top-right corner:

      • Select all files： Tap the [ ✓ ] icon in the screen’s upper-right corner.
      • To select multiple files individually：  tap the [☐] icon next to each file.
    3. After selecting the desired files, tap the [⋮] icon in the upper right corner to open the menu.
    4. Choose [Package download].
    5. In the pop-up window, type the name of the compressed file and select [OK].

    6. Choose [Save to files], then select a storage location, and tap [Save]._________iOS.png_______3.png

     

     

     

    How to unzip a file on iPhone/iPad?

    1. Access the Files app on your device.

    2. Locate the ZIP file you wish to extract.

    3. Tap on the ZIP file, it will automatically unzip and create a new folder.

    4. Tap on the new folder to access the unzipped files.

  • Download a single file

    1. Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (Android).

    2. Tap the [···] icon on the right side of the desired file to open the menu.

    3. Select [Download to].

    4. Select your preferred file storage location and tap [Select] to initiate the download.

    Download multiple files at once

    1. Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (Android).

    2. Tap the [ ⋮ ] icon on the top-right corner to open the menu.

    3. Select [Select multiple files].

      • Select all files： Tap the [ ✓ ] icon in the screen’s upper-right corner.
      • To select multiple files individually：  tap the [☐] icon next to each file.
    4. Tap the [ ⋮ ] icon in the upper-right corner and choose [Download to].
    5. Select the file storage location and tap [select] to start the download.

    How to confirm a successful download of a file?

    1. Open the menu by tapping [≡] in the upper-left corner of the screen.

    2. Select [Download queue].

    3. If you see [Success] displayed below the file, it means the file has been downloaded successfully.
