Set up file sharing in the ASUS WebStorage Mobile App

Sharing files and folders with others can be easily accomplished from your mobile device using the ASUS WebStorage mobile app. The app allows you to set access permissions for your shared files and folders, giving you full control over who can access and interact with them.

To share a file or folder with everyone, you can set its access permission to “public”. With this setting, anyone with the shared link can access the file/folder, even if they don't have an ASUS Cloud ID.

If you only want to share your files or folders with a specific person, you can set the access permission to "share only with collaborators". In this case, the recipient must have an ASUS Cloud ID in order to access the file or folder. This allows you to control who has access to your files and folders and ensures that only those who are intended to see them can do so.
