Can I merge two ASUS Cloud IDs?

ASUS Cloud IDs cannot be merged at this time. However, if you have multiple ASUS Cloud IDs and would like to access your data in one account, you can download the data from one account and then upload it to another account.

Downloading a single file

1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.

2. Right-click on the file or folder you want to download.

3. Click the [Download] button to start downloading the data.

Downloading multiple files

Use the convenient “Packing download function” to download multiple files at once.

1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.

2. Select the files you want to download by ticking their checkboxes.

3. Click the [Download] button.

4. Name the zip file.

5. Click [OK] to start downloading the zip file.

Uploading files

1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.

2. Click [+New] in the upper right corner of the page.

3. Choose [Upload file] or [Upload folder] to upload.
