What happens after changing the email address
All future emails will be sent to your new address, but your ASUS Cloud ID will remain the same. If you’d like to change your ASUS Cloud ID, please reach out to our Support Team using the Report Form.
If you use a Microsoft-based email (Hotmail, MSN, Live, Outlook), you might experience some delays or issues receiving verification emails. We recommend considering a different email provider.
To change the email address
- Sign in to ASUS WebStorage for Web.
- Click your avatar in the upper-right corner to open the menu. Click [Customer Center].
- Click [Change Personal Data].
- Enter the new email address in the Email field. Click [Submit].
- Go to the updated mailbox and verify the new email address by clicking the link in the verification email.
Not receiving the verification email
Check if the verification email is in the spam folder.
Try adding the email address <service@asuswebstorage.com> to your address book and request a new verification email.
