OS Requirements for ASUS WebStorage App

ASUS WebStorage Sync

You can download and use ASUS WebStorage Sync on the following operating systems:

• Windows： Windows 10 and above. Check the version of Windows you are currently using.
  • Notice:
    This software may have limited support on Windows Arm-based computers. Common issues include malfunctioning buttons, incorrect text display, and others. These limitations are due to the software not being developed for the Arm architecture. For more information, please refer to the Windows Arm-based PCs FAQ

• macOS： macOS 10.13 and above. Check the version of macOS you are currently using.

• Linux version is no longer updated and will end service on October 31, 2026. End of Support : WebStorage Outlook Add-in, NAS Version, and Linux Version

ASUS Secure Auto-Backup

You can download and use ASUS Secure Auto-Backup on the following operating systems:

• Windows： Windows 10 and above. Check the version of Windows you are currently using.

ASUS WebStorage Mobile App

• iOS： iOS 12 and above. To check the iOS version you are currently using, please follow the steps on your iOS phone or tablet:

1. Tap on the Settings app. Click [General] .Click [About]
2. "Software Version" will display the version you are currently using.

• Android： Android 8 and above. To check the Android version you are currently using, please follow the steps on your Android phone or tablet:

1. Tap on the Settings app. Click [System].
2. Click "About Phone" or "About Tablet".
3. The version you are currently using will be displayed under "Android Version".
