How to Upgrade a Free Account to a Paid Plan via the ASUS WebStorage mobile App

If you're using a free ASUS WebStorage account and want more storage space, it's easy to upgrade to a paid plan directly through the ASUS WebStorage app.

Android 

  1. Install ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (Android) on your Android device.
  2. Log in with your ASUS Cloud ID and password.
  3. Tap _______2022-06-08_180230.png in the upper left corner to open the menu.
  4. Tap the S__9863171.jpg button.
  5. Select an annual or monthly plan to upgrade.
  6. Tap [Purchase plan] and read the Google Play subscription policy and billing cycle.

  7. Confirm the purchase by entering your password or using Face ID, then the plan will be activated on your account.

 iOS 

  1. Install ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS) on your device.
  2. Log in with your ASUS Cloud ID and password.
  3. Tap Settings.png  at the bottom right corner to enter the setup page.
  4. Tap the Upgrade_storage_space.png button.
  5. Select an annual or monthly plan to upgrade.
  6. Tap [buy] and read the subscription policy and billing cycle.

  7. Confirm the purchase by entering your password or using Face ID, then the plan will be activated on your account.

Already on a Paid Plan?
