If you forget your account or password

If you forget your ASUS Cloud account or password, please follow the steps below to try to retrieve your account or password to continue using the service.

*Tip: These steps are for those with a Business plan.


Forget the account or the password. 


  1. Please refer to [ this page ] to retrieve the ASUS Cloud account

  • Enter the registered email of the account

  • If there are several accounts under the email, please select the option of retrieving the complete account or password.

  • If you want to send the letter again, you need to wait 15 minutes and do it again.

2. You will receive the email from ASUS WebStorage <service@asuswebstorage.com> with the subject “Reset your ASUS WebStorage password.”

The letter includes your account information and the password resetting link.

  • The link will be valid for 15 minutes, starting from receiving time of the letter.

  • If you do not receive a password reset notification letter, please check the advertising and the spam mail folder, and ensure your email capacity is regular to receive the mail.

  • If you use third-party software to receive letters, please confirm that the third-party software does not block such letters or return to the original email platform to receive letters.

3. When setting the new password, please create a strong password.

  • The password could contain letters, numbers, and special characters.

  • At least 8-25 characters long.

  • After resetting the password, the device logged in will be logged out; please log in with the new password to continue using our service.


If the registered email is invalid or you cannot log in


  1. please get in touch with the [ Facebook fan group editor ] or [ Fill out the Report Form ];  provide the country/ area birthday you filled in when registering, the year you signed up for the account, or the PayPal/ EZPay receipt you paid before. When we receive your reply, we will assist you in retrieving your account or password.

  2. If you cannot log in to the email or forget the email password, please turn to the email corporation for assistance.


Still cannot log in


  1. If you still cannot log in to the account, we suggest you [ create a new ASUS Cloud account ].
