Issue Description
This is usually a compatibility issue between Windows high DPI scaling and legacy applications. Please follow the steps below to configure the settings. This setting only affects the specified program and will not change the overall Windows display scaling.
Step 1|Open the Program Shortcut Location
In the Windows "Start" menu, open "All Apps," find ASUS Secure Auto-Backup, right-click it, then select "More" → "Open file location."
Step 2|Open Shortcut Properties
In File Explorer, locate the ASUS Secure Auto-Backup shortcut, right-click it, then select "Properties."
Step 3|Configure High DPI Scaling Override
In the "Properties" window, switch to the "Compatibility" tab, then click "Change high DPI settings." Next, check the box for "Override high DPI scaling behavior," set the "Scaling performed by" option to "System," and then click "OK" on the right side of the window. Back in the Properties window, click "OK" again.
Step4|Complete
Close and restart ASUS Secure Auto-Backup, then confirm whether the window size is normal. To restore the original settings, simply uncheck "Override high DPI scaling behavior."
