Incident: Users may experience failures attempting to login

Incident Time: July 30, 2026, 4:00 PM

Incident Summary:
Earlier, our system experienced a temporary issue that may have affected some users’ ability to use certain services. We have confirmed that the issue has been properly addressed, and services are gradually returning to normal operation.

The possible impact is as follows:

Web Services:
Some users may have experienced issues such as being unable to open the website, slow page loading, login errors, or certain features not working properly.
We recommend refreshing the page first, or closing and reopening your browser to check again. If the issue persists, your browser may still be keeping cached data from the affected period. Please clear your browser cache, then sign in again or reopen the page.

Desktop Application and Mobile App:
Some users may have experienced issues such as being unable to sign in to the desktop application or mobile app, file lists not updating, abnormal sync status, or certain features being temporarily unavailable.
We recommend signing out of your account in the desktop application or mobile app, closing the application, restarting it, and then signing in again to check whether the functions have returned to normal.

Please note that clearing the cache may require you to sign in to your account again, but it will not affect or delete your account services or files stored in the cloud.

If you still cannot sign in or use the service normally, please contact our service support team by email at contact@asuswebstorage.com and provide the following information so we can further assist you:

  • Time the issue occurred and your ASUS Cloud ID
  • Platform used: Web services, desktop application, or mobile app
  • Browser version, desktop application version, or mobile app version
  • Device model and operating system
  • Screenshot or error message
  • The step where the issue occurred

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
