This article will teach you how to quickly download and restore data backed up to the cloud.

(1) In Auto-Backup, go to the left menu’s "Retrieve" page, and select the "Backup Device" and "Backup Time" you want to retrieve.
"Select Device": Choose the device originally used for the backup.
"Backup Time": Choose the version by date and time of the backup to retrieve your backed-up files and folders.
(2) After selecting the device and backup time, you can choose the folders or files you want to retrieve.
(3) Check the files you want to "Retrieve", then click "Start Retrieval" to restore the data to the specified local path. Retrieval Notification: A related notification will be sent when the retrieval process is complete.

If you want to view or retrieve previously backed-up versions, you can access the Open WebStorage Webpage and enter the ‘Auto-Backup’ folder to download data.
