What is the "Retrieve Failed Uploads" Feature in xDrive?

When syncing files with xDrive, if your network connection is interrupted or unstable, files might not upload to the cloud successfully. This typically happens in the following scenarios:

  1. Closing your computer or switching network connections too quickly after editing and saving a file.

  2. Experiencing temporary network fluctuations while a file is actively uploading.

If you encounter these situations, we recommend using xDrive's built-in "Retrieve Failed Uploads" feature to recover your important data.
