The "Backup" function in ASUS WebStorage Sync has been marked for deprecation in the interface for some time and is being gradually removed as part of ongoing adjustments.
If you’ve noticed that the feature is no longer available, there’s no need to worry—files previously backed up using this feature remain securely stored. You can access and download them at any time via the ASUS WebStorage web by navigating to “Backup” > “Personal Device.”

If you currently rely on the backup function in Sync, you may consider the following alternatives:
