Schedule Backup and other setting of Auto Backup

Backups can be scheduled daily, weekly, or monthly, or users can skip scheduling. Notifications can be set for backup start and end times, as well as for incomplete backups. Email alerts are sent after backups finish. Users can decide how many backup versions to keep, including an unlimited option, and can specify file extensions to exclude from backups.
