How to delete and restore files in ASUS WebStorage Mobile App?

This article will guide you through the process of deleting files and recovering them in the ASUS WebStorage Mobile App. With the steps provided, you can easily move your files to the recycle bin, where they will be kept for 30 days. Within this time frame, you can restore the files if needed.

Delete a file/folder
1. Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS).
2. Tap the [ ··· ] icon next to the file/folder you want to delete.
3. Select [Delete].
4. Confirm the deletion in the pop-up window by tapping [Confirm].
5. Upon confirming, the file or folder will be moved to the recycle bin.
Delete multiple files/folders
1. Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS).
2. Tap the [ ☑ ] icon on the top-right of the screen to start selecting files:
  - Select all files： Tap the [ ✓ ] icon in the upper-right corner.
  - Select multiple files separately： Tap the [ ☐ ] icon to select the files you want to delete one by one.
3. Once you have finished selecting files, click the [ ⋮ ] icon in the upper right corner to open the menu.
4. Tap [Deleted].
5. Confirm your action by tapping [Confirm] in the pop-up window.
6. After tapping [Confirm], the selected files or folders will then be moved to the recycle bin.
Recover a file/folder from recycle bin
1. Open the menu by tapping [≡] in the upper-left corner of the screen.
2. Select [Recycle Bin].
3. Next to the file/folder you want to restore, tap [ … ].
4. Tap [Restore].
5. The file/folder will be restored to its original location.
Recover multiple files/folders from recycle bin
1. Tap [≡] in the upper-left corner of the screen to open the menu.
2. Tap [Recycle Bin].
