ASUS WebStorage provides a convenient platform for storing and accessing your important files from anywhere and at any time. With the mobile app, you can now easily upload files from your phone or tablet to your account. Follow the straightforward steps outlined below to ensure that your files are securely stored and always within reach.

Upload files from iOS devices

Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS).

Choose a storage location:

MySyncFolder: When you save files in this location, all the files will be synced across all devices linked to your ASUS Cloud ID, including ASUS WebStorage for Web, Mobile App, and ASUS WebStorage Sync. This ensures that you have access to the latest version of your files no matter which device you use.

Backup>Cloud-only Files: If you choose this option, your files will only be stored in the cloud and will not be synced to other devices. This is a good option if you want to keep a backup of your files without taking up storage space on your device.

Tap the [+] icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Select [Photo].

Select the photos/videos you would like to upload.

Grant app access to your device files by tapping "Allow" or "OK."

Tap [Done] to start uploading, and your files will be saved to the storage location you chose.
How to monitor file upload progress?
You can monitor the progress of your file uploads in two ways: by the progress bar displayed below the file or by checking the [Upload queue].
- Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (iOS).
- Tap on [Upload queue] located at the bottom of the screen.
- The status of your uploads will be displayed, and if "Upload finish" is shown under the file, it means the file has been successfully uploaded.

Upload files from Android devices

Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (Android).

The [File Manager]>[Recent] directory will be opened by default. You can upload any files in the directories of [File Manager].

Before uploading, allow the app to access your files on your device.

Select the files you would like to upload.

Tap [Upload (or Open)] and the files will start uploading to the storage location you chose.
Upload files from the SD card to ASUS WebStorage
If your device is equipped with an SD card, you can easily upload files to ASUS WebStorage using it. Simply follow these steps:

How to monitor file upload progress?
In addition to the progress bar that appears beneath the file during the upload process, you can also monitor progress in the [Upload queue].
- Open ASUS WebStorage Mobile App (Android).
- Access the menu by tapping [≡] in the upper left corner of the screen.
- Select [Upload queue] from the menu.
- Check for [Success] displayed below the file to confirm the successful upload.
