How to track members' activity in the business account?

As an ASUS WebStorage business account administrator, you have the ability to monitor the activity of members within the account, which allows you to view how members are using and interacting with files and shared resources. To view this information, simply login to the ASUS WebStorage for Web and navigate to Dashboard > Report.

    1. Log in to  ASUS WebStorage for Web.
    2. Navigate to Dashboard by clicking on the avatar in the upper-right
    3. Go to Report in the left side menu.

    4. In the Report type field, select [Operating Records].
    5. Choose a member's ASUS Cloud ID in the ID field by clicking on it.
    6. In the file/folder name field, you can specify a file/folder to track by entering its name.

      1. If left blank, the report will display the member's operating records for all accessible files/folders.
    7. In the Action field, select a specific event type from the drop-down list.
    8. In the Data Calculation Period field, set a date range for the report by selecting start and end dates/times.
      1. The maximum range is three months.
    9. Download the report in CSV format by clicking [Export]______1.png

    3. Go to Report in the left side menu.
    4. In the Report type field, select [Login history].
    5. Choose a member's ASUS Cloud ID in the ID field by clicking on it.
    6. Filter the report to a specific ASUS WebStorage application or web version by selecting it in the Client field.
      1. If left blank, the report will show login/logout records for all applications/web versions.
    7. Select a specific login/logout event type, such as “All”, “Login successful”, “Login failed”, or “Logout” from the drop-down list in the Status field.
    8. Set a date range for the report by selecting start and end dates/times in the Data Calculation Period field.
      1. The maximum range is three months.
    9. Download the report in CSV format by clicking [Export].______2.png

    2. Navigate to Dashboard by clicking on the avatar in the upper-right corner.
    3. Go to Report in the left side menu.
    4. In the Report type field, select [Space usage].
    5. In the Type field, you have the option you can choose either:
      1. [Members of the space usage]: Displays the total storage space allocated to each member and how much of it has been utilized.
      2. [ProjectSpace usage]: Displays the total storage space for each project folder, the amount that has been used, and the date when the project folder will expire.
    6. Download the report in CSV format by clicking [Export].______3.png

    2. Navigate to Dashboard by clicking on the avatar in the upper-right corner.
    3. Go to Report in the left side menu.
    4. Specify the file/folder to track by entering its name in the file/folder name field.
    5. The event type [Remove member and transfer data] will already be selected in the Action field.
    6. Set a date range for the report by selecting start and end dates/times in the Data Calculation Period field.
      1. The maximum range is three months.
    7. Download the report in CSV format by clicking [Export].______4.png
