Troubleshooting login issues with ASUS WebStorage Sync despite entering the "correct password"

If you're having trouble logging into ASUS WebStorage Sync, even after changing your password, you may need to update to the latest version to fix the issue.

Please ensure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements:

Windows 10 (or higher) / OSX 10.13 (or higher).

    1. Open the Windows search box and type "control". Then select it from the results.
    2. Click on [Programs] and then [Programs and Features].
    3. Right-click on ASUS WebStorage and select either Uninstall or Uninstall/Change, then follow the on-screen instructions.
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. [Download the latest version of ASUS WebStorage Sync].
    6. Try logging in again.
    7. If the problem persists, fill out a Problem Report Form.
    1. Click [Applications] on the left menu of Finder.
    2. Find ASUS WebStorage APP in the Applications folder and drag it to the trash can.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. [Download the latest version of ASUS WebStorage Sync].
    5. Try logging in again.
    6. If the problem persists, fill out a Problem Report Form.
