How to claim storage space with your activation code?

Notes:
If you currently have a valid paid plan under your ASUS Cloud ID and don't need additional storage space, we suggest you redeem your activation code after your current paid plan expires.

-The validity of your activation code will not extend your current paid plan's expiration date.

-The storage space of your activation code will be added to your current paid plan.

 

To redeem your activation code:

 Please click here to enter the code activation page.

  1. In the Account Activation Code field, enter your activation code. 

  2. Select Create a new account or Use an existing account.

  3. In the ASUS Cloud ID (Email) field, enter your ASUS Cloud ID.

  4. In the Password and Re-enter password fields, enter your password. 

  5. Tick on the check-box to indicate that you agree with ASUS Terms of Use Notice, ASUS Privacy Policy, ASUS WebStorage Terms of Use, and ASUS WebStorage Privacy Policy.

  6. Click [Send].

To confirm whether the activation code has successfully been redeemed:

  1. Log in to the ASUS WebStorage web version.

  2. Click your avatar (profile picture) in the upper-right corner to open up the menu.

  3. Click [Customer Center].

  4. Click [History List] to check the status of your activation code.

If you are unable to redeem your activation code, please follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Please update Google Chrome to the latest version and clear the cache, cookies, and browsing history. 

  2. Reset your internet connection and make sure it is stable. 

  3. Redeem your activation code in incognito mode.
