Why did the purchase fail?

Reasons for purchase fail

Your account will be subject to purchase restrictions for the following reasons:

  1. The remaining period of your current paid plan is more than 183 days.
  2. The storage space you are attempting to purchase is less than your current usage.
  3. ASUS WebStorage business account users purchase any personal plan.
  4. ASUS WebStorage business account members (non-admin) purchase any plan.

  5. The number of members who have joined your current business account is more than the members' quotas of the business plan you are attempting to purchase.

 

If you used a credit card issued outside of Taiwan

If your credit card is issued outside of Taiwan, please change the currency to other than [Taiwan Dollars (TWD)] on the Plans page. After clicking on the plan you want to purchase, the system will automatically lead you to PayPal, and you can make a payment using a credit card issued outside of Taiwan. If the payment fails on PayPal, please contact PayPal Help Center for assistance.

What if PayPal is not supported in my country?

If PayPal is not supported in your country, you can refer to this article to make an in-app purchase, and you can pay directly with your credit card.

 

If you used a credit card issued in Taiwan

If you get the message "抱歉,因為買賣雙方皆使用在台灣註冊的 PayPal 帳戶,所以無法相互支付和接收付款" on PayPal, please go back to the Plans page and select [Traditional Chinese] and [Taiwan Dollars(TWD)]. After clicking on the plan you want to purchase, the system will automatically lead you to NewebPay, and you can make the payment using a credit card issued in Taiwan.
