How to Use Camera Upload

The camera upload feature will automatically upload photos from your phone or tablet to ASUS WebStorage. The uploaded files will be saved in the "MySyncFolder/Camera Upload" folder, and the time it takes depends on the size and the number of the files.
Note: The function of changing the default path for camera upload is not supported.

iPhone/iPad

Please follow the steps below to enable the camera upload function:

  1. Launch the ASUS WebStorage application on your iPhone or iPad.

  2. Click [Setup] from the bottom right corner to enter the setup page.

  3. Tap [Camera Upload] under the function section

  4. Enable the [Camera Upload] toggle.

  5. In the "Camera Upload" section, you can choose:

-[Backup all photos] or [Backup new photos only]

-[Includes videos]

6. In the "Backup Options” section, you can set:

-[Use cellular data for backup when there is no Wi-Fi]: When you disable this toggle, the files will not be uploaded when using cellular data.

 

Android

Please follow the steps below to enable the camera upload function:

  1. Launch the ASUS WebStorage application on your Android device.

  2. Click [≡] from the top left corner to access the menu.

  3. Click [Settings] at the top right corner of the screen.

  4. Tap [Camera Upload] under the function section and enable the [Camera Upload] toggle.

  5. In the "Backup Information" section, you can choose:

-[Backup all photos] or [Backup new photos only]

-[Includes videos]

6. In the "Backup Options” section, you can set:

-[Use cellular data for backup when there is no Wi-Fi]: When you disable this toggle, the files will not be uploaded when using cellular data.

-[Check time]
