Welcome to ASUS WebStorage Sync APP. It allows you to safely search, access, browse, edit, share, backup, and print the files you need anytime, anywhere, without being restricted by mobile devices, truly realizing mobile productivity.

How to download ASUS WebStorage Sync APP:

  • Windows Version, Mac Version

  1. Go to the download page to download the Windows and Mac versions.

  2. Open the following files on your computer:
    WebStorageSyncAgent.exe (Windows)
    WebStorageSyncAgent.zip (Mac)
    Reminder:
    -Please open the .pkg file in the folder after you unzip it.
    -When opening the .pkg file, if the message "Cannot be opened because it is from an unidentified practitioner" is displayed, please right-click on the .pkg file and select [Open].

  3. Follow the installation instructions.

 

  • Linux Version

  1. Go to the download page to download the Linux versions.

  2. Open and extract the following files on your computer:
    ASUSWebStorage.zip (Linux)

  3. Open the "main.ini" file and fill in the account information
    ACCOUNT=(Please fill in your ASUS Cloud ID)

    PASSWORD=(Please fill in your ASUS Cloud password)

  4. Execute "webstorage_main_process" to start using the synchronization function.

OS requirement

You can download and use the Sync APP on the following operating systems:

  • Windows:
    Windows 10 or higher

View your current windows version.
Important:
It is recommended to update to the latest Windows version, installation site must upgrade the .NET Framework to a version above 4.7.2 (including 4.7.2), there is no need to adjust the registry keys, you can check the .NET Framework version installed on your computer according to the query method provided by MS.

  • macOS:
    macOS 10.13 or higher

View your current macOS version.

  • Linux:
    CentOS 6/ CentOS 7/ CentOS 8 (X86_64), Ubuntu 16.04 LTS/ Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (X86_64)
