Update to the latest version of ASUS WebStorage

As part of our ongoing efforts to keep our users safe, ASUS WebStorage will no longer support the following application versions starting from February 1, 2023. Please ensure your Windows update and ASUS WebStorage applications are up to date to enjoy the latest features and better performance.

• ASUS WebStorage Sync for Windows - 2.7.10 and below versions

• Remote Drive - 3.9.2 and below versions

• WebStorage Outlook Add-in - 1.3 and below versions

Check & update your ASUS WebStorage App version

• 1. Right-click the icon on the Windows taskbar. 

  2. Move the cursor to [Support] and select [Version update check].

  3. If ASUS WebStorage Sync is not running the latest version, you will be directed to the download page. Please select "ASUS WebStorage Sync for Windows" and click [download].

• 1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.

  2. Select Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program.

  3. If the version of the Remote Drive is 3.9.2 (or below), right-click and select [uninstall].

  4. After the App is removed, download and install the latest version of Remote Drive on your device.

• 1. In the search box on the taskbar, type Control Panel and select it from the results.

  2. Select Programs > Programs and Features > Uninstall a program.

  3. If the version of Cloud Connect for Outlook App is 1.3 (or below), right-click and select [uninstall].

  4. After the App is removed, download and install the latest version of "WebStorage Outlook Add-in" on your device.
