How to delete and restore files in ASUS WebStorage mobile App?

If you want to delete files in ASUS WebStorage, you can follow the steps in the article to move the files to recycle bin.

Files in the recycle bin will be automatically deleted after being kept for 30 days, and you can restore them within the 30-day period.

iPhone/iPad

Delete a file/folder

1. Launch ASUS WebStorage App.

2. Next to the file/folder tap the [ ··· ] icon to open the menu.

3. Tap [Delete].

4. Tap [Confirm] in the pop-up window.

5. After tapping [Confirm], the file/folder will be moved to recycle bin.

Delete multiple files/folders

1. Launch ASUS WebStorage App.

2. Tap the [ ☑ ] icon on the top-right of the screen to start selecting files:

   • Select all files： Tap the [ ✓ ] icon in the upper-right corner.

   • Select multiple files separately： Tap the [ ☐ ] icon to select the files you want to delete one by one.

3. After completing the selection, click the [ ⋮ ] icon in the upper right corner to open the menu.

4. Tap [Deleted].

5. Tap [Confirm] in the pop-up window.

6. After tapping [Confirm], the file/folder will be moved into recycle bin.

Recover a file/folder from recycle bin

1. Tap [≡] in the upper-left corner of the screen to open the menu.

2. Tap [Recycle Bin].

3. Next to the file/folder you'd like to restore, tap [ … ].

4. Tap [Restore].

5. After tapping [Restore], the file/folder will be restored to its original location.

Recover multiple files/folders from recycle bin

1. Tap [≡] in the upper-left corner of the screen to open the menu.

2. Tap [Recycle Bin].

3. Tap the [ ☑ ] icon on the top-right of the screen to start selecting files:

   • Select all files： Tap the [ ✓ ] icon in the upper-right corner.
