You can upload files to ASUS WebStorage from your phone or tablet by following the steps below.
iPhone/iPad
Upload files from iOS devices

Open the ASUS WebStorage application.

Choose a location where you'd like to store your files.

If you save your files in [MySnycFolder], the files will all show unanimously on each device, including the web version, desktop app, and mobile app, also called synchronization.

If you save your files in [Backup]>[Clould-only Files], the files will only be stored in the cloud.

Tap the [+] icon at the top right of the screen.

Choose [Photos].

Tap the photos/videos you would like to upload.

Before uploading, you need to allow the app to access your files on your device.

Tap [Done], and the files will start uploading.
Where to view the uploading progress?
In addition to the progress bar displayed below the file, you can also view the progress in the [Upload queue].

Open the ASUS WebStorage application.

Tap [Upload queue] at the bottom of the screen.

If [Upload finish] is displayed below the file, it means the file has been uploaded successfully.
Android
Upload files from Android devices

Open the ASUS WebStorage application.

Choose a location where you'd like to store your files.

If you save your files in [MySnycFolder], the files will all show unanimously on each device, including the web version, desktop app, and mobile app, also called synchronization.

Tap the [+] icon at the bottom right of the screen.

Choose [Other files].

The [File Manager]>[Recent] directory will be opened by default.

You can upload any files in the directories of [File Manager].

Tap the files you would like to upload

Tap [Upload (or Open)] and the files will start uploading.
Upload files from SD card
If your device has an SD card, you can also upload files to ASUS WebStorage from there.

Open the ASUS WebStorage application.

Choose a location where you'd like to store your files.

Navigate to your SD card, and tap the files you'd like to upload.

Tap [Upload (or Open)] and the files will start uploading.
Where to view the uploading progress?

Click [≡] in the upper left corner of the screen to open the function menu.

Tap [Upload queue].
