Notes:
1. The feature of editing files online is only available for ASUS WebStorage business plan.
2. Online editable file types include:

Word (.doc/.docx), Excel (.xls/.xlsx), PowerPoint (.ppt/.pptx).

OpenDocument Text (.odt), OpenDocument Spreadsheet (.ods), OpenDocument Presentation (.odp).
There are two ways to enter the online editing page:
Method one:
1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage web version.
2. Right-click on the file you want to edit online.
3. Click [Open with Office], then you will be directed to the online editing page.
Method Two:
1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage web version.
2. Left-click on the file that you want to edit to enter the preview mode.
3. Click the [Open] button in the upper-right corner of the screen, and then you will be directed to the online editing page.
Start editing files
1. The Menu bar: In the menu toolbar, you can find various menus for working with your file. You can click on a menu to see the corresponding function in the drop-down list.
2. File Name: Displays the file name, file extension, and last modification time.
3. Toolbar: The toolbar provides a convenient shortcut to the menu commands. You can click on an icon on the toolbar to activate the corresponding function.
4. Text area: This is the main area where you can type or edit text.
5. Search bar: Type any words you want to find in the search bar and click the up and down buttons to switch the search results.
6. File Information: Contains information such as the number of words and pages in the file.
7. File view: Display features such as "Go to Page,” "Previous Page/Next Page,” and "Zoom control.”
8. Close file: Click the cross-out icon to close the document, and it will be automatically saved in ASUS WebStorage.

Save your files after making changes
1. You can click on the save button in the upper-left corner or the cross-out button in the upper-right corner of the online editing page to save your file. If you accidentally closed the page, no worries; the file will also be saved in the cloud automatically.
2. After closing the online editing page, you can click on the [clock] icon next to the file to view "version history.” You can choose to "preview" or "download" the previous version of the file.
