If you are an admin of ASUS WebStroage business plan, you can find information about how members are using and interacting with files and shared resources in [Dashboard] > [Report].
View members' operating records
1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage web version.
2. Click on the avatar on the upper-right corner of the page, then click [Dashboard].
3. On the left side menu, click [Report].
4. In the Report type field, select [Operating Records].
5. Left-click on the ID field and select a member’s ASUS Cloud ID.
6. In the file/folder name field, type the name of the file/folder you would like to track.

- If this field is not filled, the report will include the member's operating records in all files/folders.
7. In the Action field, select a specific type of event from the drop-down list.
8. In the Data Calculation Period field, select a start date/time and end date/time to see results for a specific date range.

- The maximum date range for all reports is three months.
9. Click [Export] to download the report in a CSV file format.
View members' login history
1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage web version.
2. Click on the avatar on the upper-right corner of the page, and click [Dashboard].
3. On the left side menu, click [Report].
4. In the Report type field, select [Login history].
5. Left-click on the ID field and select a member’s ASUS Cloud ID.
6. Left-click on the Client field and select a specific ASUS WebStorage application or web version.

If this field is not filled, the report will include the member's login/logout records in all ASUS WebStorage applications/web version.

If this field is filled, the report will display the member's login/logout records in the specific ASUS WebStorage application or web version that you selected.

7. In the Status field, select a specific type of event such as [All], [Login successful], [Login failed], or [Logout] from the drop-down list.
8. In the Data Calculation Period field, select a start date/time and end date/time.

- The maximum date range for all reports is three months.
9. Click [Export] to download the report in a CSV file format.
View members' space usage
1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage web version.
2. Click on the avatar on the upper-right corner of the page, and click [Dashboard].
3. On the left side menu, click [Report].
4. In the Report type field, select [Space usage].
5. In the Type field, you can select [Members of the space usage] or [ProjectSpace usage].
6. Click [Export] to download the report in a CSV file format.
View admin’s action records
1. Log in to ASUS WebStorage web version.
2. Click on the avatar on the upper-right corner of the page, and click [Dashboard].
3. On the left side menu, click [Report].
4. In the file/folder name field, type the name of the file/folder you would like to track.
5. In the Action field, the event has been selected as [Remove member and transfer data].
6. In the Data Calculation Period field, select a start date/time and end date/time.
